Hedgerow Chilli Sauces.
All our chilli recipes have been hand selected by me.
Unfortunatly we don't have the selection of chillies in England which we require so we have to have them from abroad but that means they are grown by the best chilli producers in the world which is what we need for our sauces.
Most of our sauces contains a little or lots of Habenerios which is 2nd on the schovel scale. The amount depends on the heat required for the chilli sauce.
All the sauces can all be used as a dip, a marinate or added to your favourite recipes to give a new flavour depending on your pallet.
Our chilli sauces come in a 115g bottle.
Chilli sauces will last indefinitely as they have vinegar in them so it preserves the contents of the jar. intact it will only get better with age. Once opened they need to be stored in a cool place and given a good shake before use to wake them up.
